Company Evaluations: We have evaluated and scored dozens of technology companies on their readiness for international markets-companies from Hungary, France, and Mexico. The scoring criteria can include intellectual property protection, market need, technology maturity, management team readiness and business plan quality.

Workshops and Training Seminars: Working with universities, governments and NGO’s, we have conducted ½ day, full and 2-day Market Preparedness Workshops in Estonia, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Germany and Hungary. In Silicon Valley, workshops and training seminars have supported the efforts of the Danish Government, the Chinese Information and Networking Association and more. The programs are designed to better prepare entrepreneurs for the international expansion with training, interactive exercises and checklists prior to their arrival in the US.

Government Programs Advisor: Michelle Messina has consulted to various international governments on the structure and form of their technology business acceleration programs and worked with them on their innovation ecosystems.

Conference Speaker, Panelist and Moderator: As a speaker on the topics of business acceleration, market preparedness, innovation, and market development among others, Michelle Messina has presented at conferences in Europe, Latin America, Canada and the US.

Mentor to Entrepreneurs | Innovator: Entrepreneurs with international expansion plans require senior level coaching and mentoring. The Explora International team has mentored technology entrepreneurs from India, Hong Kong, Mexico, and France. We are currently working with an Estonian University on the Cross-Border mentoring program for Estonian entrepreneurs (August 2007)
