Sabrina Braham, M.A. is the founder and Senior Partner of Braham Consulting, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is an expert at designing programs and experiences that transform an organization to generate higher profits, more productivity and peak performance. Her firm specializes in consulting, executive coaching, assessments and trainings for conflict resolution in teams or between employees. She has extensive expertise in team building, change management, executive & leadership development and performance improvement achieved by increasing emotional intelligence that helps clients dissolve the blocks to higher profits and productivity.

Sabrina is an expert on adult accelerated learning; the way people can learn and apply the skills from the workshop to their jobs. She is also a member of the National Games and Simulations Association and a Certified Game Designer who designs games and simulations specifically for the learning needs and objectives of each group.

Since 1978, Ms. Braham has done in-depth research on Emotional Intelligence and the main issue that cause failure in companies and universities: the human interactions and emotional dynamics of the people in the organization (soft skills).
